Role Overview:

We are seeking driven Sales Account Specialist in Louisville, KY, to both grow existing client accounts and proactively generate new business through outreach and inbound phone inquiries. This hybrid role demands strong relationship-building and sales skills to maximize revenue.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow revenue within assigned existing client accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and strategic planning.
• Build deep relationships with key client stakeholders, understanding their business needs.
• Proactively identify and engage potential new clients through cold outreach (calls, emails, social selling, networking).
• Professionally handle inbound phone inquiries from new clients, qualify leads, provide initial information, and direct them appropriately.
• Develop and present proposals, negotiate deals, and manage contract renewals for existing accounts.
• Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs.
• Maintain accurate sales records and provide forecasting insights.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets.

Qualifications:

• GED or High School Diploma. 
• Associates Degree or higher is preferred. 
• Proven success in both account management and new business development.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Strong relationship-building and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with CRM software.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented.
