About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and reliable Wildlife Service Technician to join our growing team in Louisville, Kentucky.

This role is hands-on and dynamic. You will be responsible for identifying pest and wildlife issues, implementing effective treatment and exclusion solutions, and delivering an outstanding customer experience. This position combines pest control, wildlife management, and light construction/metal work.

Key Responsibilities

Pest Control

• Inspect properties to identify pest activity and potential entry points
• Treat for common pests such as roaches, ants, spiders, wasps, and other household pests
• Apply chemical and non-chemical treatments safely and effectively
• Maintain accurate treatment records and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards
• Educate clients on prevention and recommend ongoing maintenance plans

Wildlife Control & Exclusion

• Conduct thorough property inspections to identify wildlife infestations
• Safely and humanely capture and remove wildlife
• Set traps and implement exclusion measures to prevent re-entry
• Seal structures using metal fabrication, hardware cloth, sealants (caulk and foam), and other materials
• Perform light metal work and paint installed materials to blend with the structure
• Educate customers on wildlife prevention and long-term property maintenance solutions

General Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate documentation and job records
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members
• Deliver excellent customer service on every visit
• Represent the company professionally at all times

Qualifications & Requirements

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working outdoors, on ladders, and in tight spaces
• Experience in pest control, wildlife control, construction, roofing, or a related trade is preferred
• Familiarity with estimation software and service tools is a plus
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
