💥 About the Role
Tailor Made Pest & Wildlife is hiring a Sales & Service Technician to run inspections, sell jobs, and complete the work.
This is not just a technician role — and it’s not just sales.
👉 You are responsible for producing revenue and delivering results.
You’ll be:
In the field daily starting at 7:00 AM
Solving real problems for homeowners
Learning high-value trade skills
Building a career, not just working a job
No experience? That’s okay.

🔧 What You’ll Do
Inspections & Problem Solving
Run scheduled assessments and inspections
Identify pest/wildlife issues, entry points, and risks
Document findings with photos and notes
Sales (In-Field Closing)
Educate customers using a structured approach (problem → risk → solution → protection)
Present and close jobs on-site
Offer solutions including:
Exclusion work
Wildlife trapping/removal
Cleanup and sanitation
Recurring pest control plans
Follow up on leads and unsold estimates
Service Execution
Perform all sold work to company standards
Seal homes using metal, hardware cloth, foam, and caulk
Trap and remove wildlife safely and humanely
Treat for pests (ants, spiders, roaches, etc.)
Work on ladders, roofs, crawlspaces, and attics
Customer Experience
Deliver a 5-star experience every time
Communicate clearly and professionally
Educate customers on prevention and long-term protection
✅ What We’re Looking For
Dependable (shows up on time, every day)
Self-starter (doesn’t need constant supervision)
Strong communicator with sales ability
Comfortable working outdoors and with your hands
Physically capable (ladders, roofs, crawlspaces)
Competitive and motivated to earn more
Valid driver’s license
👉 Experience in pest control, construction, roofing, or trades is a plus
💰 Pay & Benefits
$20–$25/hour (based on experience)
